Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the betvia platform — this is a legally binding agreement between you and us.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the betvia website and services. By registering on betvia or using the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the service.

Important: betvia is for users aged 21 and above only. Registration and use of the service by minors is strictly prohibited.

General Provisions

betvia ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online betting and casino service provider. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you", "member") and betvia. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the platform, you acknowledge that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age and legally capable of participating in online betting activities.
  • You are using this service knowingly and voluntarily.
  • You have read the latest version of these Terms and fully agree to them.

betvia reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on betvia, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must have a valid and active mobile number and email address.
  • Each individual may operate only one account.
  • The name, address and date of birth provided at registration must be completely accurate.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

betvia may at any time request a National Identity Card (NID), passport or other government-issued document for identity verification. betvia reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

Please Note: Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, payment method or personal information will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact betvia support immediately.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

betvia currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The following rules apply to deposits:

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100.
  • Deposit processing is generally instant.
  • Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
  • Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • Identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Wagering requirements for bonus funds must be met before withdrawal.
Please Remember: The minimum deposit is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000 for each payment method.

3.3 Deposit and Withdrawal Rejection

betvia reserves the right to reject any deposit or withdrawal request and to suspend an account for investigation if there is evidence of suspicious transactions, fraudulent activity or a breach of the terms.

Bonus and Promotional Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

betvia offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Bonus examples:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
  • Deposit ৳32,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. This means a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳20,000 in bets. For wagering calculation purposes:

  • Bets placed on all slot games count 100%.
  • Bets placed on live casino games count 100%.
  • Whether bets placed on sports betting count will be stated in the terms of the specific promotion.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Policy

The following general rules apply to claiming and using any bonus or promotion:

  • Each promotion must be used within a specified period — expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
  • betvia reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at its discretion.
  • If bonus abuse is detected (arbitrage, bonus hunting), the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled.
  • Each member is eligible for one welcome bonus only.
Warning: Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all funds may be forfeited.

VIP Program Terms

The betvia VIP program has four tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades are assessed and determined by betvia based on your activity and overall participation on the platform. Cashback is added to your account at a set time each week. betvia reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

If a bet result is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, software fault or network issue, betvia reserves the right to void that bet and refund the staked amount. Any winnings obtained through a software bug or fault will be considered void.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following applies when betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports:

  • If an event is cancelled, the bet stake will be refunded.
  • If a match is postponed and not replayed within the specified timeframe, betvia will make a decision in accordance with the applicable rules.
  • If a bet is affected by a technical disruption during live betting, betvia will make a decision based on the officially approved result.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt and others). Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are completely fair.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betvia platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
  • Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
  • Cheating or manipulating any game or betting system.
  • Using a third party's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
  • Using automated software, bots or scripts to conduct activities on the platform.
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to betvia's systems.
  • Threatening or harassing other users.
Warning: betvia reserves the right to notify law enforcement authorities if fraudulent activity is detected.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by betvia

betvia may suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Failure or refusal to cooperate with identity verification.
  • Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
  • Legal obligations or instructions from authorities.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. All pending bonus wagering requirements will be cancelled upon account closure, however real money balances will be returned in accordance with our policy.

Limitation of Liability

  • Loss caused by your own negligence or breach of the terms.
  • Loss caused by unforeseen cyber attacks or hacking.

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
